An exciting opportunity has become available with our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Zug, Switzerland. Within this role you will ensure that the clients products meet the highest quality standards, from manufacturing through to delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring compliance for the Swiss branch to ensure adherence to cGMP/cGDP requirements, regulatory requirements, industry standards, global guidelines and local processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of batch documentation, evaluation and release of product batches for the Swiss and Liechtenstein markets in compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in your area of responsibility and initiating corrective measures to increase overall quality.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrix organisation.
- Supporting quality-related improvement projects.
- Supporting role in processing product returns, CQNs, PMSI, deviations, CAPA, change control, supplier qualification and PQR management.
- Supporting role in regulatory inspections.
Required Experience:
- University degree in pharmacy or natural sciences (PhD an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance
- Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements (TPA, MPLO, GMP, GDP)
- Experience in dealing with authorities and audits
- Analytical thinking, decision-making skills and accuracy
- Business fluent English, German (French is an advantage)
- Certification as an internal auditor is a plus
