Our client is currently searching for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis, with potential to extend or possibly transition into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the Payroll (data collection, data changes, entering new employee’s data, checking payroll data)
- Run the monthly payroll and process all the necessary work related to the monthly payroll
- Processing of salary continuation cases (Illness, Accident, Maternity Leave, etc.)
- Handle child and education allowances
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- In depth knowledge of the Swiss Social Insurance System
- Computer and software advanced user
- Strong background in Swiss payroll on SAP ECP System
- Fluency in German & English
