Payroll Specialist – 6 Month Contract

Our client is currently searching for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis, with potential to extend or possibly transition into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Payroll (data collection, data changes, entering new employee’s data, checking payroll data)
  • Run the monthly payroll and process all the necessary work related to the monthly payroll
  • Processing of salary continuation cases (Illness, Accident, Maternity Leave, etc.)
  • Handle child and education allowances

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • In depth knowledge of the Swiss Social Insurance System
  • Computer and software advanced user
  • Strong background in Swiss payroll on SAP ECP System
  • Fluency in German & English
