My client, a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Paris, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities, including selling products to Pharmacies across France, as well as providing support for current orders and updates on product availability.

Education:
Chemistry, pharmaceutics, medicine, economics, other natural sciences, other social science.
Tasks and duties:
- Order management: track orders and dispatches, monitor payments and arrangements with customers as well as realization of marketing contracts
- Support and inform management and field force about arrangements with customers and realization of contracts
- Taking/Acceptance of phone orders
- Provide permanent telephone and/or e-mail customer support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments and agreements as well as regarding product related issues
- Enter data related to customers and orders into relevant IT systems
- Receive and enter complaints into relevant IT systems, forward the complaints for further resolving
- Organize and develop customer service function
- Develop and maintain customer relationship
- Regularly use the CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer database
- Prepare analyses and reviews of marketing and other data
- Obtaining/receive and transfer/forward information on safety of medicines and performing of other pharmacovigilance activities
- Conducting tasks in compliance with regulations in the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety
- All other tasks assigned by the superior and consistent with employee’s qualifications and needs of the work process.
